I have a problem viewing streaming video recorded with Camtasia studio on my
Windows XP SP2 with WMP11 and Nero installed. I can only hear the sound
distinctly but no image is visible. With this same system, however, I can
view other streaming videos.

Which program do I need to install to facilitate this, please? Thanks.

Bayot, It depends on what video compression codec was selected in Camtasia
to make the video. The video has to be made with a codec that is available
on your computer in order for it to play correctly. You could download and
install a codec pack like Combined Community Codec Pack (CCCP). This pack
contains most of the common video codecs for viewing video. There are other
Codec packs out there but as I understand it, some of them can cause problems
so be careful what you download and install. You could also download and
install VLC Media Player which will play most video formats.

If you are making the videos yourself, you may just want to select a
different compression codec in Camtasia that can be played on WMP.
